At Boring Box Co., we believe in transparency and clarity with our community and customers. This page outlines important disclaimers, policies, and responsibilities related to our NFTs, physical produ

1. General Disclaimer

Boring Box Co. is not affiliated with Yuga Labs, BAYC, or any of their associated projects. By purchasing a Boring Box Co. NFT, you are purchasing the physical products depicted in the NFT's metadata.

  • All BAYC products resold by Boring Box Co. are authentic Yuga products acquired through legitimate means.

  • Purchasing a Boring Box Co. NFT does not entitle you to any rights to the creative works, designs, or imagery featured on the products depicted in the NFT. Ownership of the NFT grants you the right to claim the physical item, but not the intellectual property of the design.

2. Product Claims & Redemption

  • NFTs represent physical merchandise that can be claimed by the NFT holder.

  • Claiming Process: Once claimed, the NFT will be burned in exchange for the physical item, which will be shipped to the address provided by the holder.

  • One-Time Claim: Each NFT represents a single-use claim. Once redeemed, the NFT cannot be reused.

3. Shipping, Customs & Additional Costs

  • Boring Box Co. will facilitate shipping of the claimed products, but buyers are responsible for all associated shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other potential costs.

  • We do not cover or reimburse expenses related to:

    • International shipping or customs fees

    • Lost or damaged packages during transit (after products leave our facility)

    • Delays caused by postal services or customs agencies

Important: Failure to pay shipping fees or customs duties may result in products being held or returned. Boring Box Co. is not responsible for unclaimed or forfeited packages.
