Shipping Responsibility

Shipping Responsibility

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the claimant who redeems an NFT for a physical product.

Claim Process:

  1. Submit a Claim Request:

    • After purchasing and deciding to claim the NFT, you will fill out a request form provided by Boring Box Co.

  2. Receive Shipping Quote:

    • A Boring Box Co. team member will contact you via email with a shipping cost estimate.

  3. Burn the NFT:

    • To finalize the claim, you must burn the NFT by transferring it to a provided burn wallet address.

    • Instructions on how to complete the burn will be included in the email.

  4. Complete Shipping Payment:

    • Once the NFT burn is verified, the item will be added to the shipping queue.

    • You must then complete the payment for shipping via an on-chain funds transfer.

  5. Shipment:

    • After payment is confirmed, the physical item will be shipped to you.
