In the course of operating the Website and the services provided through the Website (the “Services”), Boring Box Co. may collect or receive the following types of information, which may include personal information.
When you use the Website and/or Services, we collect your contact information. Contact information typically includes your name, email address, and any information you provide to us. We use such contact information for purposes such as verifying your information and determining your eligibility to participate in the Services, providing you with information about the Services, responding to your inquiries, providing support with respect to the Services, allowing us to communicate with you regarding claiming a box, sending you email alerts (including marketing emails), and providing the Services to you.
To use our Services, you must use a third-party wallet provider to connect your Ethereum-compatible wallet, which is also supported on Ape Chain (built on Arbitrum Layer 2). This enables you to engage in transactions on the blockchain. You will be asked to digitally sign a blockchain transaction that provides us with your public wallet address. You may be asked to provide certain personal information before participating in a Boring Box Co. NFT drop, including, but not limited to, your name, address, email address, phone number, and tax identification number.
If you claim a physical item, we will require additional information to facilitate delivery. Once the item is revealed, you may claim it by burning the tradable NFT associated with the item. Upon completion, a soulbound NFT will be issued to your wallet, making you eligible to fill out a claim form and receive a shipping quote. Once shipping fees are paid, Boring Box Co. will handle the logistics of getting the item to you.
