* **Scheduling**: Coordination is required to confirm availability for the experience. If scheduling cannot be agreed upon or the experience is not desired by the claimant, you will instead receive a **$500 gift card to Nobu** as a replacement.
* **Fulfillment**: If the gift card is claimed, it will be shipped directly to the claimant.
